The name of the weekday is like a transparency placed over your personal day vibration.
Make a to do list for Monday’s and really, make it concrete and make it reasonable because Monday’s make room for peace when:
- The expected accomplishment is realized
- or things are re-scheduled without frustration
- or when you make the conscious decision to be temporarily finished with something before moving on
Avoid the impatience and restlessness of Monday:
And, one way of doing this is to put your focus on the journey rather than on the absolute completion of a project or activity; that’s true always, but really important to remember on Monday’s.
Monday insists upon endurance, and this is the endurance to finish. So, the rhythm of Monday is met when you can focus on one thing at a time, when you can finish one project or activity before beginning another.
-Remember, a project can be finished in stages, things can be completed ‘for now’; if you can approach the day in this way, you’ll be free to give full attention to the next fun responsibility or fun activity.
Oh, you think responsibilities aren’t the fun stuff? Well, the Big List-Maker in the sky totally disagrees with you and is quite willing to argue that point. You did chose them for some reason that was important to what you want to be, do and have and the rule is (yes there are a few rules): you’ve gotta have some sort of fun doing what you’re doing!
Anyway, to experience peace and success on Monday’s it help’s to integrate the nine virtues into all the day’s activities:
Humility, Loyalty, Equality, Service, Sacrifice, Justice, Forgiveness, Compassion and Peace
